Saubermacher Dienstleistungs AG / MOM
Driver app for efficient order processing
MOM is a mobile driver app that digitally represents the entire order process directly in the vehicle. The solution connects drivers, dispatch, and existing company systems through central interfaces to SAP and RONA. This has completely replaced paper-based processes, reduced manual steps, and significantly increased efficiency in operational processing.

Digital logistics processes for drivers and dispatch
For Nehlsen we built a mobile app for drivers and a web portal for dispatch. Route, vehicle and order data from the ERP is available directly in day-to-day driving operations. A privacy-compliant truck tracking feature completes the solution: fewer queries and an unbroken link between planning and execution.

Visual data control for operational decisions
The central question was how storage and material data could be made more usable for operational decisions. We analyzed user requirements and use cases, structured the relevant data and developed a dashboard and visualization concept that brings the key information together at a glance.
